SUNDAY MORNING SERIES: "MALACHI: A Faithful God Confronts His Unfaithful People"
"We Shall Behold Him!" - Sandi Patty
Malachi is the latest and the last of the Minor Prophets. Written in a time of hypocrisy and complacency, it stands as a commentary on the condition of the modern church poised on the threshold of the End Times. The Covenant God of Israel calls His people into account for their corruption of the rebuilt House of God and their contempt for the God-ordained institution of marriage and the home. This is a powerful ending to our study of the Minor Prophets that will hit hard with questions from the King of Kings to His people. You will want to hear each and every message in this series! The final three messages in the study of the Minor Prophets will be delivered in June:
June 13 - "Is It Getting Hot In Here?" - Malachi 4:1-4
June 20 - FATHER'S DAY: "Where Are The Fathers?" - Malachi 4:5, 6
June 27 - CONCLUSION: "Majors from the Minors"
SUNDAY EVENING SERIES: "WHAT WOULD JESUS WANT ME TO DO?"
Have you ever been in a difficult situation and wondered, "What would Jesus want me to do?" This series of messages on Sunday nights through the summer is taken from situations posed by the members of the congregation. Principles to guide our decisions in these kinds of circumstances will be studied, a sharing time will follow where parents and children can discuss how to apply God's Word to life experiences, then they can share with the congregation their decisions and commitments to walk as Jesus would walk! Practical and powerful.....truth that EVERY member of the family can understand and use, regardless of age.
